How to use a Photoshop template:

1. Open a image in photoshop.
2. Do a control or apple "A" and then a control or apple "C"
3. Now open a template in photoshop.
4. In the "layers" pallet, click on the "paste into" layer you want to put your image into.  Now hold down on the control or apple key and click on that "paste into" layer again.
5. Now go to "edit" at the top of your Photoshop window and click on "paste into".
6. Now you can resize your image in the template to fit.
